Angel Trinidad-Rossell is a Mexican-Spanish actor based in Los Angeles and Mexico City. His work spans international film, theater, and editorial projects. He is drawn to characters that live in moral ambiguity — men of weight, contradiction, and dangerous interiority. His cinema of choice is bold, sensual, and unafraid to ask questions it doesn't intend to answer.
 
He played the lead in the feature "Recuerdos de Nuestro Infierno," which premiered at the Cine al Margen Film Festival, and in "Miénteme," directed by Colombian filmmaker Nico Blanco, who was selected for the Sound & Scene: NewFest + Concord QTBIPOC Short Film Initiative; the short premiered at the Bogotá Short Film Festival and is in development as a feature. He also starred in the short "Uno y Medio Contra el Mundo," directed by then 13-year-old Jacob Estrada, who cast him directly. The film was selected at six film festivals in the US, including Dances With Films Film Festival, screened at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Angel's most recent work, the folk horror short "Our Lady of the Rock" (directed by José Soberanes), is his most audacious project to date and is currently in post-production, positioned for major festivals.
 
On stage, he has collaborated with director Sandra Félix — twice recognized for Best Direction by the Asociación Mexicana de Críticos Teatrales — as part of the cast in "Rumis," an official selection of the 2021 Muestra Nacional de Teatro (the Latin American Theatre Review called it the standout production of its season), and as executive producer of "La Última Cinta de Krapp," starring Luis de Tavira, recipient of Mexico's National Arts and Sciences Award. He starred in "Dance Partner," which premiered at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in Los Angeles.
 
During his acting studies at Casazul, he wrote and directed "Morena de Grandes Ojos" — a sci-fi short film that has garnered over 875,000 views on YouTube.
